Hi everyone, I am new to this service. I just started a new me and a way to eat healthier and through it, I hope loosing weight and go back to a physical activity. I am doing it, as I am having pains for a while and I was thinking, eating healthier and exercising more could be the solution to my pains. I am 80.4 kg (12.9 lbs) and would like to loose 10 kg, which is an equivalent of 1.8 lbs I think.
I'll be happy to share my experiences and anything which could help us to reach our goal. Thank you for your encouragement and support.
