Over the last 18 months I have put on roughly a stone. I can’t just blame the menopause but it hasn’t helped. Anyone else have this issue?!

Yes. Not this last year but the 3 before this.
Fatigue, anxiety, hormones, boredom. I was just going up a size & refused. So downloaded my fitness pal app & count my calories. Not religiously but 90% decently. I go to the gym. Weights at 1st now I’m trying C25K as well. Just finished the 1st week whoop.

If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.
