Getting there slowly
Aldi, make mini bars, a pack of 5, in what looks like a bar, get your fix, without too many cats, enjoy
I'm using dates to give me the sugar hit. Seems to be working. Sounds gross but I bite one in half and suck it like a lolly. Goes mushy then sort of dissolves. Makes them last longer. And when i read that it really does sound disgusting lol.
I love chocolate too so yesterday I bought some 2 finger kit kats & had enough calories at the end of the day to enjoy 1. Mind at the moment I'm quite focused another time I could get the taste for it & demolish the lot
I too am a chocoholic but I've cut it out. So for 13weeks I've had no chocolate!!! Until yesterday and thought I'll treat myself to a two finger kit Kat which I didn't enjoy
I never thought I would not enjoy chocolate!!!
I go for the expensive stuff. Then I can only afford to buy a tiny bit! And then only occasionally.
I too love chocolate and lately have been buying cadbury mini bars at about 100 cals each. Trouble is they sell them in packs of 5 which is a temptation. I try and hide them in the fridge so I can forget about them!
I've been known to go to all the trouble of carrying a chair up the stairs to hide chocolate in a box on top of the wardrobe then an hour later carrying the said chair back up the stairs to retrieve them!
I can't leave chocolate alone my current solution is to buy the Dr. Oetker dark cocoa powder sachets and use them in banana smoothies with a bit of coffee in the morning - less than 1g of sugar per 100g and nice and rich
I have quit all sweets but I do hear dark chocolate is good you night try that. Good luck to you,!
