About time too 😊👍👏
I’ve been low carb for quite a number of years now and it’s funny all the naysayers I’ve come across.
From friends, work colleagues and strangers telling me it’s not a good idea. I think the one that angered me the most was a nutritionist telling me that my low carb diet isn’t an acceptable way to eat.
I ignored them all as it definitely works for me. There is a noticeable difference in my well being,

Had a look but it doesn’t mention the cost. Do you know how much they are charging?
Well who do you trust? I have accessed the app referred to and after the first months trial it costs 14.99 per month. When I joined the NHS forum, I was rather hoping to get away from this type of marketing. I am now sceptical that this Dr has private interests in this app. I really believe all these sites are a minefield, don't know where to start. !!!
