Hi I’m new here & have been reading all your posts and they have made me feel hopeful so I will try and log in regularly to follow all the news and tips & add my sixpence worth.
Love the funny happy post and the support shown & also those about grown up children & grandchildren as I’m about to become a Granny for the first time 🤗
I have struggled to keep weight off as when I have lost any, tend to become complacent & throw caution to the wind . Then start again !
Hope the thought of running after my little grandchild (due 11 March) will keep me motivated!! 🤣

If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.
