Hi there
I’m 64 too following the NHS 12 week plan. Lots of tips and advice. Just have a look and see if it’s for you. I have also bought a portion plate from Matalan for £4. That shows you the portion sizes you should be having. I went from a size 20 to a 16 I lost over a stone and have kept it off for 3 years. Just need to loose another stone to get to my next goal.
Set yourself small achievable goals.
Good luck on your weight loss journey
The 12 week plan is a good way to start as it introduces you to calorie control and exercise. If you do calorie counting don't just stick to the general 1400 Cal's but check out your own allowance on the BMI calculator and eat to top end of it. Good luck
