I do agree about willpower being over-rated. Once we have the food choices right, it just fades into the distance
Once we get our head and our heart in alignment there's no need for the warrior that is willpower; the warrior that makes everything a battle.
We know what we need to do and we do it willingly happily.. (or something like that 😁)
