So, I'm a bit confused. Had been on a good program with steady loss of about 1.5 lbs per week. Down about 17 lbs - traveled for about 6 weeks and maintained pretty well maybe up about a lb.
I returned home last week and immediately went back to original program - LCHF. I might not have been perfect but really focus on less than 20 carbs a day. I was really hungry a day or 2 as I switched back to my program. Shopped, cooked - made my soups - etc.
Yes, I'm one of those who weighs daily - not once a week. BUT - I'm UP 2.5 lbs since Saturday and I'm on my program! What's going on? I'm past that age when weight fluctuates monthly... Doesn't make any sense.
The only other- out of the ordinary thing is some more family struggles - my dad has had yet another stroke and is in the hospital soon to be sent home with hospice - I'm on my way to NC in the next day or so. Still maintained even with this news/struggle.
Where did this weight come from???
