Hi I’ve only just joined I’ve gone through all the things I need to do but I can’t manage the exercise part due to arthritis. I’m looking at wanting to lose 3 stone and find it hard to find a decent app that will give me a calorie counter so I know how much is in foods.

Hi and welcome, pammies
I believe many people use MyFitnessPal, but if you look at the Topic called Apps and Trackers, you may find something else that would be helpful.
Don't worry about the exercise yet, as what you eat, or don't eat will be far more effective for weight loss.
Follow this link to our chat thread and a list of all the activities we run. We've found active participation to be key to success, especially with our weigh-ins and Daily Diary.

Yes, I recommend MyFitnessPal for tracking, but do not use its calorie allowance. It’s way too low for most people. Use the NHS BMI calculator for that.
Hi thanks pippiruns I had a look at it but it said you had to pay for app after your first month trial yet I downloaded it on cloud and didn’t see where it would charge me. Do you pay for yours ??
