I’m into week two of my healthy new self. I’ve downloaded a calorie counter which should help to make me more aware of what I am eating.

I’ve also made a start on my excercise I have used the treadmill nailed it for two days so far.

I’ve worked out how much I could lose from now until the end of February. I have set my goals😀 just need the will power now xx

Sounds like you're getting organised.

How about joining in some of the forum events and challenges? Getting involved and, particularly, supporting others is great for reinforcing commitment/willpower :)

Your starting point is the Newbie Welcome pack you were given when you joined up. Here it is again. It includes pictorial guides to find your way around, whatever device you're using healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

I'd particularly recommend joining a weigh in where you'll get to know a regular group of people all at different stages of the journey. The weigh in is not just about posting your weight, it's about supporting and being supported, and people will really appreciate you taking the time to give a few supportive words. Here's the link to tomorrow's. Don't click on Write. Read the post headed Weigh in Friday and all will be explained healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

If Friday isn't the best day for you, just choose the day you prefer.

Good luck :)
