Hi everybody- I joined 6 months ago, never used this community. Now weigh more - silly me! I need to get going on my weight loss journey.

Don't beat yourself up Pondface it obviously wasn't the right time for you to take part, now is 👍.

There is a lot of support on here, I can vouch for that.

And there's a lot of advice from members that can be a little conflicting. So my advice read all the hints and tips and links and work out what is the right way for you.

I'm in it for the long haul and seeing it more of a lifestyle change, so not beating myself up if it's going slow as long as I'm losing gradually. It's more likely to stay off permanently.

I am doing a bit of fasting (group on here for that too) but only the mild version of 13-14 hours over night and use the zero app. It's stopped me snacking once I've pressed the button to start fast and I'm sleeping a lot better.

Find what's best for you and go for it x
