Smoothy for breakfast

I don't normally eat breakfast but son was feeling sick needed food quick before work.so I always have frozen chopped fruit on hand had wholemeal in pantry and milk .I put a couple if handful s of fruit couple of tablespoons wholemeal topped with milk and whizzed in my nutra bullet. Smoothy made the rest I've added little honey and are freezing for a treat.
