Looks yummy :) personally I would add some raw onion (but then i love onion ;) )

Where and what am I doing to do that? Is it every meal you eat? Like an end of day sheet? I fill it in on my own weekly thing what my final calories are.

I find denying myself bread leads to binging. I'm a compulsive over eater so finding a balance and not removing/banning a particular food is key with me staying healthy in my frame of mind with food. I eat a wide variety of foods every week. Thanks for your comments though. It's good to have alternative viewpoints.
