Hey everyone this is my first time trying something like this out and I am really excited! I have around 1.5 stone that id love to lose and I will do it! I have two boys 10 and 2 and I’ve noticed over the last couple of months I’m struggling with the football games they make me play so I have to do this for myself and for them!
I’ve tried dieting before but I will be honest I have no will power and I’m hoping that this time being part of a group and not doing it alone it will give me that push that I need!

Dieting is tough isn’t it? I don’t diet, I eat sensibly, I have found that wording is everything when it comes to changing behaviour. I also don’t have good will power, but by eating enough at mealtimes, and from all food groups including fat and protein, I’m not hungry which makes the whole process mush easier.
