Hello, Thatter, and welcome 😊
My tip would be to steer clear of diets and find a way of eating you'll be able to stick to and enjoy for life. Go for real food, cooked at home, plenty of veg, eggs, dairy, fish and meat (if you aren't vegetarian) and avoid processed foods which includes anything labelled low fat or light or diet. Don't be afraid of using healthy fats e.g. cooking with butter and olive oil.
My other tip would be to read these before you decide on your plan
