Beware the Dried fruit

I know dried fruit is tasty and dried apricots are a good source of iron, I know I need to watch how many pieces I eat and try to imagine how many I would eat if they were hydrated, but I forgot they would fill me with gas and clean me out! Oops! Lol

Oh dear, you know now. Dried fruit is very tasty, but don't forget it is high in sugar. Just because it is natural sugar, it doesn't really make a lot of difference, it's still sugar. Another reason to only have 2 or 3 pieces :)

Yeah, it wasn't a lot, but my body just reacted after 30 mins. Will increase water intake now to replace. Might have to back away from dried apricots, stick to the fresh ones.
