Thats why we are here, because of our weight. We come here to get support to help us deal with the problem. I have a wardrobe full of clothes that do not fit me,I do not like going swimming because I also look Ugh. But with the support of others and our own dedication we can change the Ugh to something........... Yeah, that looks better

Try not to obsess over how you look now. You're on a journey to look awesome, and if you get it right, you'll reach your goal within a year or two. If you find it's not happening, you need to reassess your approach.

Hi, what happened to the plan to reply to others and encourage them? I'll suggest again that each time you post, you give a positive, supportive reply to two other posters. I do think that getting involved with other people on the forum, rather than simply posting negative thoughts about yourself, could be helpful to you, and to others.

Hi Pumpkins. I agree with BridgeGirl.

I know that you post on the forum a fair amount and your posts seem very sad.

I am confused that your badge shows you have a healthy BMI but you often say you feel horrible in yourself.

I know things can be far more complex than we can say on a forum. Have you spoken to your GP about the way you feel? I have struggled for many years with self image and it wasn't a weight related issue. I am still coming to terms with the way I am and it is really tough.

I hope you can find a way through that is right for you.

Hi pumpkins. I agree that joining in here a bit more will help you to make any changes you want to.

It's hard to know what to suggest though, because each post is so short and doesn't give us much! You previously said you were planning on counting calories and trying to exercise a bit more, how's that coming along?

Please try to join in a bit, we are all in the same boat!

Hi pumpkins I myself is over weight and have tried most ways to loose the weight it's hard as you've found out! There is so much pressure on people to loose weight no wonder people have negative thoughts of how they look to others! There is even more pressure on women and young women to conform to the immpossible size 0 learn to love your self first before embarking on any weight loss journey you are most likely to succeed! All the best david
