Well done, that's brilliant. I'm encouraged that it can be done. I have 9kg to lose! For purposes of motivation, are we allowed to know your total loss and timescale?
Well done to you, it feels really fantastic doesn't it? I reached my goal last April and my main advice would be, throw out old clothes ( you NEVER want them to fit again) and relax a bit about your food but not too much. You need to keep an eye on the ball..... Recalculate your new BMR ,for my age/size my new BMR is horribly low so I still have to keep to approx 1500 calories a day just to maintain. Currently I'm 3lbs over ... but working on it. Good luck with maintaining, you've come such a long way 😊
Ha ha...clothes already packed and picked up") One of the first things I did when I hit goal! I will NEVER gain the weight back..((knocking on wood"))!! Adjusting my numbers manually never worked for me This time I used a site called Health Sidekick. Their tracking systems BRILLIANT!! Super easy to do, they gave me a Prime# (allowable daily calories) that I followed daily. Based on my food/weight logged, it changed daily which kept my weight loss from becoming stagnant. They have an interactive three zone approach, if I kept my prime# in the green zone, I was losing weight, yellow zone, I was maintaining my weight and red, I was gaining weight. it's that simple! When I reached my goal weight, I already knew how to maintain it by just keeping my prime# in the yellow") My mom's diabetic, she was having a super hard time losing weight and reached her goal a month ago.

I've just completed my 12 weeks and have lost about 25lbs. still got a way to go before i reach my target, but so inspiring to hear from someone who has done it.
