Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum CJ200
I also had to lose weight as my weight was affecting my joints and I was needing surgery. Every time I’m tempted I try to ask myself if it’s worth the pain and immobility. Just losing a few pounds makes a difference 😊

Hey CJ,
welcome, welcome and welcome
Sorry to hear about all your surgeries, similar situation and also weight and snacking, what I tend to do now and have been for quite a few months is to get some fresh veg Carrots, celery, cucumber, julienne these up into airtight containers and get some humus either make or buy (easy to make with red peppers mainly) and snack on those in the evening, I make mine last about a week, give it a go it is nice and healthy and a good snack
Hope this helps
Take care
Mark
