Hi

This is my first time here. I’m wanting to loose weight after been on implant I gained 4 stone in 2 years. I’ve always struggled with weight I had a dietitian when I was younger

I recommend joining a weekly weigh-in - the support is great! - and using the Daily Diary to share your meal plans. People have different approaches and are happy to answer any questions.
