Unfortunately there is no fast was to lose excess body fat ☹️ You may see rapid loss on the scales but it won’t be fat, our bodies are unable to lose more than a set % of excess fat each week. The best way is to eat in a sustainable way that will see steady losses of about 1-2lbs a week which will then stay off.
