After starting running again, I feel like I have more energy. This week I’ve been mega determined to lose weight (my heart is in it this time!) I just have never been this big and it’s impacting my life in such a negative way. I bought a fit bit to motivate me which it has. I’m hoping to do 3 runs minimum per week and 2 HIIT home workouts in between hopefully that will kick start my weight loss.
Currently weigh 14.3lb hoping to lose 2 stone by May any more would be fab!
