This is the salad prepared by Shams (fitness instructor;personal trainer; yoga, spin, dance, Fit4Life.....teacher) from edible flowers grown at my allotment. Flowers incorporated include: borage, nasturtium, calendula (Scotch Marigold), coriander, meadow sweet, leek, parsley, corn flower. Non flower components include; celery, cucumber, fennel and Swiss chard leaves and cheese.
