Tasty but not naughty, feta is a good choice as a small amount crumbles nicely on a salad. And a tip that was said to me at the start of my weightlossjourney, there are no "bad" foods, just "bad" choices 😁

I've made the odd bad choice in my time, or maybe the odd stones worth 🙈 I think it's how we dust are selfs off and push forward is the important thing
