So......when I started my change of lifestyle I was 28st, as the scales show I'm not hovering around 15st.
Not bad in 18 months.
No tricks, no diets, just cut back on the booze and kept a mental note of what I was eating.
A bit boring really 😂

Exciting and amazing! Well done on turning your life around. How are people reacting? I ask because having lost 6.5 stone (amateur effort compared with yours) in 12 months I find it ranges from jealousy to incredulity but mostly people are proud of me which I find odd.
Most people have positive things to say, that being said, I haven't changed inside so why the different treatment now?
