Haven't posted before - but enjoyed reading your posts.
Have been using the Food and activity charts each week and have - over the past 8 - 10 weeks - lost just about a stone. I still need to lose another stone to get to the 'Healthy' level on the BMI chart. . . . so far so good?? I have just returned from a holiday and have tried so hard to keep off the carbs - turning down bread, biscuits, cake, sweets - make sure that I kept up my steps each day - but have so enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine every day - and the peanuts were just so tempting.
I wait to see the effect of my lovely holiday on the scales tomorrow. I am trying so hard to be 'sensible' at 70.

Sounds like you had a great holiday. Life is too short to be sensible all the time. 🍷🍷
Well done on your loss so far! Your holidays sound a bit like mine, lots of steps, turning down most carbs but unable to resist the vino! Good luck, it might not be as bad as you fear ! x
