Ok so I lost 3 stone last year after a very upsetting situation at home (I needed to lose it anyway) so - once my life settled a little I found I couldn't lose anymore - I slipped into bad habits and put on 11lb
I am not getting down about it - its just a glitch - so I got back on the healthy eating and looking after myself a week ago and so far lost 3lb -
I have my first goal which is 11lb back off - I do small goals to keep me motivated xx
I thought I would share my workout plan with you all and see if this helps others xx
My life is pretty busy and am out from 7:30am to 6:30pm so not much room for me... I work in an office so sit down job.
So I have planned my schedule as follows:
6am up - drink 1 pint water - 6:15 to 6:45 home workout - I use a ball and weights and utube
Then at work I basically do leg lifts as much as possible under my desk lol
when I get home I do 30 minutes on my maxi climber.
I feel great so far and I think every little helps (leg lifts under desk hahahaha)
When I am watching tv I sit on my ball and do the occasional sit up etc - even sitting on it is better then being on the sofa I think?
so I wondered - who can join me on the adaption of their lives to add exercise - I am loving it at the moment lol - I am sure it will wear off.
