I'm hanging on in there , it's currently 7 pm and I have so far consumed 471 calories . My meals have been cereal for breakfast and watermelon slice for lunch and crisps . Couldn't help myself lol . But still I haven't had to many calories so far 471 at moment. This evening meal is a small pizza the size of your hand you know the very small ones with salad I anticipate finishing calories would be about 1200 .

I remember welcoming you 5 days ago. Are you still feeling just as bloated?
The simple answer to your question is 'no' - I don't think you are eating enough calories for one thing and if you are serious about loosing some weight from your tummy, I don't think pizza and crisps is going to help!
Did you watch the video and read the links I gave you?
I would suggest that if you are going to follow a calorie controlled way of eating that you use the NHS BMI calculator to calculate your own personal calorie range and you start at the top end. You need to find a way of eating that is going to be sustainable for life and enjoyable.
I'm not feeling so bloated now I'm feeling better . Before I was eating alot more chocolate ,crisps and Pringles I could eat half a tin in one day and I just couldn't stop myself !
I'm not hungry today . I'm ok. Your right I shouldn't eat pizza but I thought that as it was only 400 calories and I was having salad with it I was still under the 1400 calories for the day ...ah well xx
Hey, Don’t worry too much - it’s hard to totally cut out the things we really like and I Sometimes use those little pizzas as a treat meal at the weekends 😀 - it’s hard not to as my super slim husband can eat whatever he wants! I make sweet potato fries to have with it along with loads of salad. Also a massive well done for cutting down on the sweets and crisps 👍
