So I know I said I would start my 30s on a good foot but cocktail pitchers and pub grub is on cards. I weigh in on Wednesday afternoon so I know where I will be starting in my 30s and hoping to be down to my 4st target by time I hit 31 and my bmi will drop a fair bit. Got everything planned out food wise and exercise wise. Revising the 10 min work out at home as my anxiety is bad after last time I went out exercising. Luckily where I work is a 10 min brisk walk both ways 15 on bad weather day. So no transport required. I use transport to visit care home and city centre only. I have also found the still fresh box in Lidl where 95% is salads or stir fry for 20p-70p

About my weigh in
Lots of good planning Icandothis and you've given yourself a sensible amount of time to achieve your weight loss goal. Sorry to hear about the anxiety of exercising outside but good that hasn't stopped you from finding a way of including walking to and from work.
Over the next year I'm guessing there will be other opportunities for cocktails and pub grub. Planning how to deal with these social occasions is another piece in the jigsaw.
Good luck!
It’s not as bad going out for meal and cocktail for my birthday as it’s during day and not at night so pub won’t be as busy. I was split for choice food wise. Just a standard pub Mel, Toby carvery meal or all you can eat buffet then remembered Toby is line all you can eat type meal. At least in a pub I can have just the one dish and ask for side salad
So I am at bare minimum until tomorrow in cupboards and freezer so just done cod in microwave, steamed some sweet corn and broccoli and mixed in lazy garlic. Was very nice
