Thank you for replying, I will have a think about my user name, I have tried weight watchers which worked for me before but doesn't seem to work this time round and calorie counting.
You might like to take a look at the low carbohydrate high fat approach, then. It turns a lot of what we've been told was "healthy" on its head but, like many of us, you've found that doing things the way you're told doesn't bring results.
