We're having a soup fest at the moment, cauliflower and broccoli last night, carrot and lentil for lunch and leek and potato for tea tonight, I will lose my Easter 7lb ! Lol :-)

Haha we have many soups planned for this week to use up some veg! I am making roasted root veg soup at the moment, have ingredients for spinach and avocado soup and will make up a soup for the rest of the left over veggies!

Yeah we eat alot of them in the winter, freezer is full of them at moment, just try to keep swapping them round so I dont get bored of the same one !

I love the smell of soup cooking! I am making a similar soup by roasting parsnips, carrots and butternut squash with some chilli flakes. Will transfer them to a pot, add the stock then blend and add some double cream. Completely made up but hopefully it will taste okay!

Oh that sounds nice I like that kind of cooking, I am not great but like being creative just experimented with a Cauliflower aubergine and coconut milk curry was pretty tasty.
