After a very slow start I have planned for the week ahead. Just rechecking my daily calorie intake as I really does seem a lot of food that I have to eat.
The NHS site states 1683 - 2164. I have been aiming for 1850 a day.
Just checking MFP and its come up with 1200 a day?
Can anyone shed some light please?

some people use the exercise calories, some don't, personally I don't. Trying to find the right calorie amount can be a bit tricky, it is just trial and error. You'll get there. Good Luck
