I have been chewing gum to stop cravings between meals.
Do we need to add this to calorie intake as it is on another calorie counter I have been using?

If you are counting all the calories you are eating then yes! Sugar fee gum is 5 cals per piece so if your eating lots of it during the day it will mount up but really it depends on you!
I'm assuming it won't count if you chew & put it in a bin? π
Any calories will still get in your body as they come out when chewing and you swallow that. Personally I wouldn't worry if it sugar free - depends how many pieces you are having I guess. Good luck, try not to let it become a big habit though as hewing gum looks so terrible if you do it all the time.
