Tried lots of different ways to lose weight, I'm lazy and last year had a full medical checker, if I carry on I will get diabetes and I can feel it's much harder to move around, even putting on socks is a chore. So I've just signed up and see how I'll be in 12 weeks, all the best for everyone and well done in making a change to a healthier and better life, if we don't change anything, nothing will change, have a great day xoxo 🙂

Even better if you have reasons for starting. Mine followed an operation. Never felt better . Didn't do it overnight but now maintaining. I don't want to be super slim but my health is so much better .
I got told that on the 13th of February this year when I weighed in at 90kgs. This morning I am 83kgs - a mixture of cutting out or down on carbs and exercise. Check out the Diabetes uk site. It's very useful.
