Hi I'm 67 and quite healthy besides arthritis and asthma I have had several lower body surgeries for damaged feet and ankles. I have arthritis in my shoulders, a hip and ankles. I walk about 2 -3 miles a day but just can't shift this belly fat. I am a Vegan and not addicted to sweet food such as cake or chocolate. I absolutely love vegetables, salad and fresh fruit.
I'm really unhappy with my excess weight and am set on getting rid of it asap!
