hello everyone, I need your help guys, and I would really be so happy if you help me with this problem that I'm facing.

my weight is 92 and I want to lose my weight to be 65, but I don't know what to eat in my 3 meals a day, I also don't know what to eat in snacks and about exercises.

so I want you guys to help me in scheduling my diet meals plan and exercises for each week until I get to my goal, and i will go on this plan for months if it takes just to get to my goal.

help me please, please, please. I'm sick of my weight!!

Hello, sarajana7i25, and welcome to the forum 😊

We don't have meal plans but you will find plenty of recipes under Topics, and the Daily Diary will help you with meal planning.

I suggest you think it terms of having a healthy eating approach for life, rather than a diet until you reach your goal. That's a sure fire way of yoyoing.

This welcome pack explains how the forum works and how to find your way around healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

You'll find a list of all the forum activities on our daily chat thread here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

I recommend joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice.

We also ask that you read this information about internet privacy and security healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... , especially as you have left your post unlocked.

Wishing you all the best and I hope you become an active member of the forum 😊

PS if you eat three full meals, you won't need to eat between meals i.e. have snacks

How much can you exercise?

You can use the NHS BMI site to give you an initial calorie range - but it is best to gradually get used to losing weight without counting calories.

Many members here do not eat all day - eating in a "time window" lets your body burn fat more effectively. See my post in the "Fasting and Furious" forum:

My post below was not referring to you - another hoax post I believe dealt with by BridgeGirl 😌

Personally I would not go on a fad diet to lose weight. Admins BridgeGirl is this a fake post above? I apologise if not but I don’t want anyone to get wrong advice & the link is a bit strange too! 🤔
