I have lost 4 lbs not a great amount but it's a start, I went for a walk today at the beach over the sand dunes and my goodness the difference! I can feel my legs getting stronger and was not at all breathless, if this is how good it's going to feel then bring it on!!!

Brilliant start, itβs not just 4lbs ,itβs 4 whole pounds ππ» and well done. I started to feel much better whilst walking. I attempted the couch25k but on week2 strained my ligament . So 4 weeks later I can walk and itβs better than nothing. Keep going and good luck xx

Good on you. Losing a bit of weight definitely helps self confidence and makes exercise a bit easier. The only downside is that I have found that I am running out of energy a bit if I am exercising hard and not eating many calories. Maybe it is easy to overdo it? I have started caving again and believe me, where I cave being overweight is definitely a big disadvantage - I simply won't fit down some of the passageways! I have a target to go to the bottom of Charterhouse cave in the Mendips again. I am just too fat to fit - any way too unfit.

4lb is a massive amount, don't underestimate any weight loss, it's great. Also lovely picture and keep up the brilliant work. π
