At work today,just gone down 9 floors (stairs) and then ran back up again.after getting my breath back I feel well pleased.At least I am not eating badly whilst at work .Monday weigh in tomorrow, try and do stairs again before the end of the day .good luck to everyone.

Thanks for your reply and support.when I'm at home I have to keep busy to avoid temptation .so I'm glad I'm at work today.
Snacking at home is a big problem for me too but if you have the right food in your cupboards to snack on then you will make good choices. I'm not saying throw all your treats out but do what I did and put treats in a airtight container and put it in a high cupboard underneath lots of healthier options. You will find you can't be bothered with the faff in getting to the treats and eat the healthy options 😀
That's a good idea ,the trouble is other people buy bad stuff even though I ask them not to😞.
That's when the willpower has to kick in 🤔 and a polite "no thankyou". You can have occasional treats but don't undo all your hard work by making one too many bad choices. If your counting calories make sure you don't go over your limit !!!!

Since weigh in last week I've managed to do stairs up and down everyday.just at work today so I came up in the lift as I had a few bags.i then went down and tried to run up.i do the stairs depending on how many times I have to go out of the office.between 1-4 times.im more motivated since last week thanks to the receive received from everyone including you.
It's amazing how many floors you do in a day . I have a Fitbit that I've had for about a month now, and you can tell the days that I'm on post duty at work by the amount of times I'm up and down the stairs lol ! Well done on yours ! 😊😊
Fantastic workout! I try to go up and down the stairs at home as much as possible but 9 floors is a bit more of a challenge. I am sure you must burn off lots of calories in those short bursts of energy
