Hi - I’ve joined today! After munching my way through the winter I’m feeling really uncomfortable with the extra weight I’ve put on. Realistically, I need to lose 2 stone so I’m joining to get advice and support. I’ve started swimmming twice a week and I walk for 30 mins a day, maybe more. Hopefully I can keep it up!
