Just joined and hitting 61 in a few weeks. Never had much of an issue with weight until these past few years - despite not being active in ANY sport!
I'm not a big eater but enjoy a few glasses of wine each evening while cooking and eating dinner. Divorced, no kids, and I live alone! By the way I'm male!
I feel I could loose a stone as I was 11.5 up until ten years ago, now just above 13!
So 2019 is the year I want to focus on this and perhaps look towards more walking?
What do you think my chances are guy's?

Your chances are excellent and would be even better if you joined our Easter challenge to lose half a stone by Easter (12weeks away) just post your weight on the Easter Countdown challenge post, its under pinned posts and join in the fun !
Hi OneandTwo! I agree with Lytham that your chances are excellent. If you´ve been gaining the weight slowly over ten years then just cutting out the daily wine might be enough to turn things around. What´s your plan?
It's not just lack of exercise that affects us, most of us have fairly dodgy metabolisms as we get older so can't get away with eating as we could in earlier years. Here's something that will explain it and maybe show you a new approach to eating healthily
