I’ve been a LOT more relaxed with food recently and haven’t exercised in 3/4 weeks (terrible, I know) so every week when I climb on the scales I think it will have gone up. Somehow, it keeps creeping down and I’ve now lost over 3 stone! I think I want to lose one more and then see how I’m feeling at 11st 11lbs.
Having been on my weight loss journey on and off for 18 months, how we lose weight continues to baffle me.
