Well the first week is over and back to work and normality. The healthy eating plan will start Monday although I have tried to cut down this week. I also start my 10,000 steps per day and try to lose weight until my holiday in March .

My first week. Blown it tonight with a bar of chocolate but back to it tomorrow. I wouldn't mind I wasn't even hungry 😑
