Good plan!
Dust yourself off,let the frustration fuel you, pick yourself up and commit to it.
In a book I read recently it was all about language. The Doctor said if you say ' I will try' you will often fail, you need to say you are committed to this.
I have certainly stopped saying 'I will try' and started saying 'I will.'
Good luck June. π
I feel for you June,
I have found it hard to completely get back on track since Christmas.
It is hard sometimes, but keep going!!!
You will get there again, even if it takes a while.
I will have to do the same, find my focus again and reset my mini goals, let's do it !!! π
Hi June,
Happy Friday to you too, and hope your plan to re-start and re-focus goes really well. You can do it!
Have a great Friday and a great weekend.
Lowcal
Love you guys xxxx
Now... is this sense of failure just because you haven't lost this week?? Sometimes it takes 2 or more weeks to register a loss, or at least thats what I always find.
Also because you are already a healthy weight ( just not your ideal weight! ) , maybe the original plan won't still work. Im sure youve already recalculated your TDEE and BMR, but my guess is that for your age/height/weight, you wont lose the last 4-5 lbs on more than 1200cal. Are you logging everything ?

You may be right !!! And I am a healthy BMI, top end, and need to lose 10lbs.....but keep falling off the wagon.......frustrating
What should I do ? I am logging on MFP and taking regular walks .
elliebath
Also you are right it took me 3 weeks last time to see any loss !! π
I think you just have to keep doing what you know is right. I log on MFP too, and I know Im a bit taller but I would love to be 9st 5 .... but I can't get below 9st 10 ( and I still have to watch what I eat to stay under 10 ) so I have accepted that now ! I have a good friend who is terminally ill , only 58, just weeks to live, and it has been a good leveller to me of what's important .
Take care and don't worry those couple pounds may well disappear if you stop fretting π
