I’m struggling with the same thing but what I have been doing is cutting out soda and drinking water with lemon instead! It’s been helping me lose some weight and walking 10 min a day
I lose weight best when I track every calorie I eat. Personally I love myfitnesspal (I use the basic free app). It works out how much I need to eat to achieve my goals. Be honest with the app as it is only yourself you'll be letting down. When you submit your results each day it tells you how much you'd weigh in so many weeks if you treated everyday like today.
