Hi all. I’m new to this group and thought I’d say hi!
When I first started this fat loss journey I was over the 17bstone mark but, through diet and exercise, I’ve managed to loose a fair bit of weight, my lowest being 12 stone, 5lb. I’ve put on a bit and am now hitting 13 stone 1lb and noticed I’ve lost my mojo. I’m hoping by joining this group I’ll get my mojo back through supporting others and finally get into my healthy bmi weight of 11 stone, 5lbs.
I’ll be weighing in on Friday/ Saturday mornings and will update my progress. If anyone has any tips or following suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated x

Joining a weigh in is a great way of getting to know a team, all with the same goal, so you can support each other along the way. Saturday's weigh in opens at 9pm Friday UK time, so look out for it.

Hi PunkyPrincess You sound in a similar situation to me ! Well done for your amazing weight loss so far. I've let my weight loss slip so much that I've been really struggling, so you've done the right thing by trying to address that small gain as soon as possible - that's what I should have done months ago !
What do you think is causing the problem ? Are your old eating habits coming back, or are you letting your exercise routine slip ? (for me it's been both)
My only suggestion is to really get invested in using this forum - it's what worked for me a few years ago and I'm hoping that it will do again
Well done on losing so much weight 👏 and for recognising the upward trend. One thing I have learned on this forum is that our weight is rarely static, and maintenance is a series of ups and downs. On the forum Maintainers Club we recommend a ‘range’, or in my case, a line I won’t go accross. You are certainly not alone, unfortunately weight is much easier to gain than to lose and needs constant vigilance. But if you take the time to learn new habits and make permanent changes, these things become second nature 😊
Have a good read of all the information BridgeGirl has given you, and please just as if you have any questions. But most importantly, have faith in yourself, you have proved you can do this, and now you have all of us to support you as well 😊
