Good morning everyone im new on this page hope everyone is alright been up since 3 this morning due to acid integration got a full day today of housework again got the kitchen to do then have to attack the boys bedroom wall and the bathroom ceiling as were i live there is no damp course and these properties where flooded some years ago so we have a hell of a lot of black damp everywhere and the landlord ( hes kind of under the landlord like the house manager) will not do anything about it hes not done any jobs around the property he just say he will come on a day and then not the then landlord ( who we have never seen he lives in London) just keeps wanting more money and we are having to sort most of the things out our selfs.
Also i have to go into town and get some more shopping for friday when my partner 2 sons come through.
Im also going to try for the first time to make a homemade soup now its getting colder and i thought if i make one i can freeze the rest for another day anyway healthy eating to you all and have a grea day

You have a busy day lined up, maybe you can think about a non-food related treat as a reward for this hard work.
Soup is a tasty idea, why not also look at the recipe section from this forum or the daily diary for some other suggestions. It’s good to plan what meals you want to make so that you have a shopping list. I’m cooking the “Smart Meals” Pork and Bean casserole today, I will add potatoes into it too to make it a one-pot meal.
