Losing weight is definitely going to help your health
I reversed my pre diabetes by doing the 8 week blood sugar diary and upping activity, I make sure I walk 10000 steps a day and also try to swim daily as well. Since The beginning of July I lost 18 kg and now am at a healthy BMI and blood sugar normal.
I am maintaining my weight now but still do not eat bread pasta rice and refined carbs, I am very careful about sugar intake and eat only low GU fruits
You can reverse type 2 diabetes if you put your mind to it and you will be delighted with the new you
If you haven’t got the book by Dr Michael Moseley it is worth getting it as he reversed his type 2 by following the diet
