Start weight 14.st 7.5 lbs
Last week weight 10st 8.5 lbs
Today's weight 10.st 7.5 lbs.
Pleased with this although I have been struggling for last 6mnths just to lose 5lbs but seem to be moving on now, hope I can keep it up. My pattern is lose 1 week then put on next week!
