It seems so long ago, well 6 yrs since I lost most of my weight, the 1:5 st and then onto lose the remaining bit ( just over 2 st).
It’s been relatively easy tho, changed habits, lost my portion distortion, and s few iOS and downs, and some nasty nasty menopause stuff.
I hope for those if you still struggling or starting out, you cope, enjoy the journey and realise life us so much easier lighter, and easier, it can be tough at times and we all get blips

I gained during a very bad menopause too many carbs/ sugar, decided to lose for my 50th, as had a big party, 12st 6 when I started, it seems a while back now and so big
Thank you for the reminder about how lovely it is to feel lighter. I'm looking forward to feeling 'emptier', like I used to in my twenties and thirties after a run.
