3rd week into the 12 week plan doing well so far on the calorie counting and i've lost 3.4 kilos however my waist line remains stubbornly at 42 - i do plenty of anaerobic work but find the strengthening exercises a chore any ideas ?

That's a great weight loss in three week's. The slower the inches come of the more chance of tight skin especially if your doing exercises, good luck 👍

May I suggest patience? :)

My waist didn't reduce until I was in week 10 and had lost almost 2 stone! I'm now at week 19 and have lost just over 3st and 4" off my waist :)
